hamsa-yoga.org This video begins with a shaktipat with peaceful vibrations to still the mind. Then Yogiraj expounds on the secret principles of Kriya Yoga Kriya Yoga is The Alchemy of Total Transformation The Lightning Path to God Realization Cosmic Evolution and Karmic Dissolution Convergence of Science and Spirituality. Kriya Yoga requires initiation and empowerment by a Master, however, some essential concepts to give a clear understanding of the scope and sweep of the technique can be divulged. This video is the first to attempt to give a clear basic lesson in the fundamental principles of Kriya Yoga for spiritual evolution of consciousness. Yogiraj is a living master and solar seer, and helps sincere practitioners of yogic meditation awaken to higher levels of consciousness through chakra awakening/activation and esoteric practices of Himalayan yoga. Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born on May 10, 1944 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has been meditating since the age of 3, and spent his early years in the Himalayas amongst the hamsanath yogis, in whose presence he was transformed. The divine transformation flowered after his deep and personal experiences in 1961 and 1967 with the yogi-christ Mahavatar Shiv-Goraksha-Babaji, the same spiritual master described in Yogananda’s Autobiography of a Yogi. He has a wife of 30+ years, Gurumata Shivangani, with whom he built by hand the Hamsa Yoga Sangh Ashram (Spiritual Retreat) outside the city of Pune, near Bombay, India. They have two sons, and two grandchildren. Yogiraj teaches yogic meditation for the evolution of human consciousness. These perennial practices of yoga are the most ancient closely guarded sacred practices of the Himalayan yogis and masters from time immemorial. They help the practitioner gradually transform him/herself into the likeness of his/her own divinity. This ancient art and science has been a way of life for rare yogis and ascetics of India and abroad who have sacrificed everything in the search for their own inner Truth, their inner Godessence. Today, Yogiraj demonstrates in his own life and livingness, that powerful spiritual practice can be integrated with family life and a career. By the blessings of Babaji, Yogiraj teaches these techniques, which he collectively calls “The Alchemy of Total Transformation” to sincere seekers throughout the world, who wish to integrate these practices into their daily life, without the necessity of giving up worldly pursuits. These techniques are called: 1. Mahavatar Babaji’s Kriya Yoga (NB, the exact same kundalini kriya originally given to Lahiri Mahasaya in the 19th century) 2. Siddhanath Surya Yoga – A dynamic osmosis of solar healing. Pranic self-healing with solar power. 3. Siddhanath Hamsa Yoga – The Way of the White Swan. If earth peace is to herald the dawn of the new age, let us all realize that: Humanity is one’s only religion, Breath one’s only prayer, and Consciousness one’s only God. Website: hamsa-yoga.org

The word praan/a is etymologically THE SAME as the English word breath, and the Latin word spiritus.
Gran Maestro Babaji, gracias.
Selfrealization fellowship offers distant learning. But you have to do the practices for about a year before you can be initiated in kriya yoga. Paramhansa yogananda was a great teacher i think you could benefit
The breath is most important,
let me touch ur feet
Namaste. Yogiraj, is it true that practicing reiki or getting attuned to heal can throw one off balance if they have there kundalini awakened?
Thank you for your samadhi wisdom.
OM
Go to HamsaYogi’s homepage and there is a link that takes you to Yogiraj Siddhanath Gurunath’s tour schedule, then find a way to go to one of his Kriya initiation events
Find a teacher to give it to you, or a master to empower you. Such as Yogiraj.
how can we learn the kriya yoga?
I feel like my karma is being cleared moment by moment. If I judge, I am judged, if I am compassion, I recieve compassion. Still good to meditate tho
sarebbe opportuno che ci siano i sottotitoli in italiano
now the search for truth leads you to this..
Yes, 11 is an auspicious number. Do a little research yourself and you will see…concentrate and then meditation will show you why. Hint: Chapter 11 in Bhagavat Gita is when Sri KRSNA reveals Divine Form – Epiphany. Om shanti…
Ha ha ha. Please let me touch the feet of this great being who has transcended all relativity. Nivana Moksha is yours! Good one. By the way, please do tell us mortals what lies beyond the “rings-pass-not”, and why the great beings of the Himalayas are meditating 23 hours a day life after life.
My understanding is that Dharma is the teachings that lead to enlightenment. The methods used and practice of good actions and correct motivation.
I think Karma roughly translates to action. But more accurately in our language describes cause and effect. Positive actions lead to positive results, negative actions lead to negative results.
Ok, but I maybe got very negative…, i know that All Gurus are very Powerful and there is “The great compassion mantra” from Buddhism which can support you with energy…Its not a important factor, But if you have a guru and keep your practices you have God with you!! God bless you Sir, keep with your great works!! and you people dont leave your practices in aniway, Love for everybody!!!!
for all who are curious:
read the bood “Autobiography of a Yogi” and you will find what the explanations you are seeking
this is the most amazing auto-biography i’ve ever read, by the way
karma is an old belief by Buddhist. Darma is duty and karma is reward for actions
isnt karma related with the DOER ?..the moment DOER vanishes and only watcher remains, karma vanishes.
“The damn problem is that it is a DVD!” – Ha ha ha ha… I like it, nice that your not that serious, laugh is the way of the heart…
: )
Greetings. The concept of Karma is an illusion and judgment of the mind. Existence is whats chosen. In the moment that you find yourself in, what do you chose?. You will not pay for choices made in the perceived past. Only have limitless opportunites for choice. Free will and free choice simply is. Choice is that which creates. Past, present and future is simply a perspective.
Great advice, you are so generous.
mm but all the parts make the whole. The collective karma of humanity does not cancel out individual free will…It’s dynamic, two poles interacting.Cause and effect
Reminds me a lot of my old teacher.
thanks for the advice, thank you.
