@saxman8837 it’s simple..if we follow the name that was given by the Most High himself..there’s no getting tripped up with any other records including the tetragrammaton. The Most High told Moses his name was “I AM”….translate to hebrew and it’s settled. Christ name is “Savior” translate that to hebrew and you’ll have the name.
So the fathers name is in the son and son’s name is in the father and the man that was the branch Zechariah 6:12 had the same name as the Messiah that is YaHuShua. and this brother is right when he says the father said I Am. @celtoantico Well just because you claim that there’s an unbroken apostolic line in the Catholic Church, how do you know it didn’t become corrupt in those 2000 years. You know the original church of the apostles didn’t have statues of jesus and mary that people kneel in front of. Nor did they have monstrances that people worshiped, that resemble the sun. All these pagan influences came about when Constantine established the RCC.

@grekito, Roman catholic church is no other than ancient babylonian sun-god worship in a new package, in a “Christian” package. RCC is the “good” example of mixing ancient babylonian, assyrian, greek and roman cults and religions (paganism) with the biblical faith. That’s syncretism and it’s an abomination to Abba-Father (God)! Please, study the history of all of these ancient pagan religions and cults in question and compare them to the RCC and you will know what RCC is all about.

We call him Yashayah “Savior” in the ancient, but when we speak to the populous we use the name they are accustomed to hearing so we’re not barbarians to them, then after they come through we give them the history of the pagan name Christ and they soon after call on the true name. It was enough that you knew whom I was speaking or you would not have attempted to give the Name yashua. it’s Yashayah.

Originally Yeshua was not called by that greek name. Naming Yeshua as “Jesus” is one of the herecies of the hellenic church fathers and the roman church.
Do you know that for example the greek called all of their false gods “Christos”?
