@moonlightbateman are you slow or do you have some sort of difficulty with your reading skills? example: do you believe in Vishnu? (supreme God in the Vaishnavite tradition if Hinduism) yes? no? probably not. what does that makes you? let’s call it an AVishnuist. Does your lack lack of belief in Vishnu changes something about your wold view? no, regarding belief the only difference is that we go one god further. If you’re gonna talk about something learn what that something is first.

A= without. Atheism=without belief in a god or gods, period, that’s all. So where the “believe in nothing” part comes in? Atheism regards belief, different. if Atheism is a belief then not playing basketball is a sport, not cooking a pie is recipe and… bah, I’m wasting my time you just don’t get it.

So Christians, Jews, Atheists and all other people can’t believe in abstract concepts like honesty, integrity, commitment, love, bravery, responsibility, etc.? Wrong. Use a dictionary. Atheism is the absence of a belief in a diety. That isn’t to say atheist don’t believe in things. They just don’t believe in supernatural beings. Which might seem boring to people who aren’t satisfied with reality and prefer fantasy.
