I believe in God’s existence and evolution. I have heard a very logical idea of God, that it is an energy source. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, as people depict God. Maybe there was just an infinite energy source from which things like the Big Bang occurred. Thoughts anyone?

let me get this straight you tell some1 to stop cherry picking the old testament and state that you yourself cherry pick the new testament.
If the bible or any holy book claiming the be the diffinitive word of any god/s the very least anyone would expect is that it would not contradict itself. And to discover that it contains not only endorsments but rules AND instructions on how to bend those rules for slavery.

@primepost The thing about scientific ideas is that when we find out a theory is wrong, we correct it. There are no scientists now claiming that fish was able to walk on land, because we discovered this was not the case.
