Home Of The Meshuganas

Its an electrifying sight: well over 1300 collegiates gathered in one room to celebrate Shabbat. Weeks of planning and hard work on the part of dozens of students paid off as BU once again maintained its record and gathered the largest group of Jews in one Shabbat celebration. The program included a capella selections by BUs Kaskeset and Marylands Rak Shalom, inspiring words by Rabbi Dov Greenberg, Kiddush, Hamotzi and a traditional Shabbat dinner spiced with song and a feeling of communal belonging and Jewish pride.
